Is the quote free?
Yes. We come over, look at the job and send you a written quote with no obligation.
Is there a guarantee on the work?
Yes. We fix, free of charge, any defect in our workmanship that you report within two years of completion, as the Consumer Services Act (no. 42/2000) provides. Not covered: materials supplied by the client, normal wear, misuse, damage from other causes (such as leaks or movement in the building) and work changed by others. Tell us in writing as soon as you notice a problem.
